And so it began, with my father using the pool noodles that were laying around to beat the children. Only my father can pick up any item and turn it into a weapon (all in the name of good fun) :)
While the rest of us adults watch from the safety of the house.

That surely is not a water balloon, because what woman in her right mind has water balloons at a birthday party? Oh, it is? Then I take it back.
Of course they were faulty water balloons with holes in them.
We played a game of "hot potato" with those balloons.

Oh! A bloody nose. Now a party isn't a party without one of those (just kidding guys... well maybe not with boys).
So, what do you do after a bloody nose? Play machine gun nerf vs.
sniper rifle nerf.

Finish it up with a cupcake and I call it a successful day.
