Bad Mommy!

In my attempts to keep everything together in this new job and not pass out from sheer exhaustion my blog fell by the back burner. I promise to try to do better as I have so much to tell you.

My job is excellent although exhausting.

Stanford testing is over at school.

Alex scored in the 99% for Naglieri testing which doesn't surprise me because he is very visual.

Daniel loves his two old (not age wise, chronologically) teachers but he also loves his new ones.

Daniel HATES lunch bunch and has officially been pulled out. He will be with me for the 30 minutes between 12 and 12:30. A much better solution.

Ian broke his foot but that isn't stopping him from playing tag football, soccer and jumping on the trampoline.

My sister and her husband came over this past weekend to deliver a donated bed to daniel and fix the last of the damage done by hurricane Ike- thank you.

It is great having my sister in town. It is like having a new b-fri :)

This Friday is my sisters 30th birthday and we are going to party like its 1999 (oh wait, what would that say about us). We are old and tired so we won't stay out late but don't be surprised if they shut the bars down.

Last night we went to a very interesting talking on Muslims at our synagogue.

Monday night I went to a very NOT interesting talk on heart health and nutrition at the Junior League.

Darren's brother Trent is turning 40 this weekend.

Is that enough update?

Now for the title. In my haste I accidentally packed two sandwiches in Alex's lunchbox yesterday and none in Ian's. He was starving and pissed! He won't let me live that down.

Yay for the update! It's so tiring to be a stay at home Mama, and it's so tiring to be a working Mama; what's a Mama to do?

Thanks for the update - glad things are going well. we, too, are overwhelmingly busy as you'll see in my latest blog post, but hope to be able to call you this weekend.

Happy Bday Audrey!
