So whenever Ian or Alex get an item they react so much that you would think we never buy them anything. Jody gave Ian his birthday gift today and it was a coat with Lightening McQueen on it. Well he was so excited he hugged it. Who hugs a coat? It reminded Jody and I of when they were opening presents for Daniel and someone included the hangers the outfit came with and Ian said "Hangers!!!" and proceeded to use them like swords. Crack me up.
Today the boys were supposed to go to the A&M football game but due to extremely bad behavior and acting way over tired Darren and I kept them home. I think it was an excellent decision as I believe they needed the down time and took a nap as well. So we cleaned around the house, organized, sorted things, started putting things in a pile for a garage sale and then we went to Lupe Tortillas for lunch. We met a friend of the boys and they all played in the sandbox lots of fun.
Now the boys are playing with Jody and Jack and tomorrow afternoon we have my cousins soccer game to go to.

Nice that Jody and Jack came into town. Any special occasion or just to visit? excuse my ignorance, but who is Lightning McQueen?? When's the big bday party again?

They came b/c they won't make his birthday party. The party is next weekend. And Lightening McQueen is the CARS movie car. :)
